This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access or use our website located at https://rootsassumable.learnworlds.com (the "Site") and the "Assumable Mortgages 101" online continuing education course (the "Course") offered through the Site. The Site and Course are hosted on the LearnWorlds platform.
By accessing or using the Site or Course, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Site or Course.
This Policy complies with applicable U.S. laws, including Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A (Security and Privacy of Personal Information). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age, and the Site and Course are intended for users 18 years and older.

Professional details: Nevada real estate license number (if provided for CE credit).

Do Not Track: We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no industry standard for compliance.

For Nevada residents: As noted above, you have the right to opt-out of sales (if applicable). We do not currently sell data, but you can submit preemptive opt-out requests.
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide the Site and Course, comply with legal obligations (e.g., CE record-keeping under NVRED rules), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. For example, account information may be retained for 7 years for tax purposes. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g., NVRED or payment processors). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies separately.
The Site and Course are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn we have such information, we will delete it.
Roots reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Web Site and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on your first use of the Web Site following the alterations.
